Futsal

The main overall of my topic is to teach audience about futsal. In this topic, audience may know more about rules, tactic, formation and those skills movement while controlling the ball. Audience will find out how interesting it is compare to the big field football game.

I choose this topic because futsal is not well popular enough to those sport player know. Even in primary and secondary school they only taught about football. Futsal does cover tactics and formation too, but sometimes magnificence personal skills on ball controlling could be the key point to win a match. And that makes futsal special and interesting in compare to football.

Futsal balls are smaller (U13 and up = Size 4; U12 and down = Size 3), heavier, and have less bounce. They are specifically designed for playing on hard courts (can be indoor or outdoor). The features of the ball make it easier to control and less likely to run away from players, resulting in a game that encourages footskills and close combination play.

Badminton is as competitive and as tough as any other sports. Badminton players are as fit if not fitter than tennis players, football players or any other sportsmen or women. Badminton is a game that demonstrates speed, stamina, agility, power and also delicate skills and touches. It is also a game of strategies, tactics and mental fitness. This game is also known as the physical chess game

Snooker

The main reason I choose this topic is because of even though many people know how to play snooker, but most of them do not really know the rules and the skills to earn scores in game. So I am going to share the skills of playing snooker and tell all the rules about snooker.

Snooker actually is a good sport that can train your concentration during the game. It also can train your brain since while you playing, you have to think how to pot the balls and how to make your opponents can’t score when you fail to score.

Paint Ball

The general objective I chose paintball as my topic is to promote this activity since it includes teamwork, strategy and most importantly a lot of fun with your friends.

Paintball is an activity mainly emphasizing on teamwork, that doesn't have a "one man show" concept in it. Otherwise, you will lose ammunition and sometimes other teammates (no real life casualties). This activity isn't very famous in Malaysia due to the lack of people knowing, promoting and advertising it, so in this blog I plan to introduce paintball to a wider audience as well as basic knowledge about the game.

Self defense for females

The overall goal of my topic is to teach and educate females the importance as well as methods to protect themselves during life threatening situations.

I chose this topic because i think that self defense is undermined and misunderstood by females, especially adolescents nowadays, its not about hurting people or violent mentality, its about knowing how to defend yourself effectively when the situation calls for it.
