The overall goal of my topic is to teach and educate females the importance as well as methods to protect themselves during life threatening situations.
I chose this topic because i think that self defense is undermined and misunderstood by females, especially adolescents nowadays, its not about hurting people or violent mentality, its about knowing how to defend yourself effectively when the situation calls for it.
I glance through your contents anlaysis, and i think you had made a thorough reading on mentallity preparation "Fight of flight." I will check out your design -to see how encouraging your tips and techniques in self defences. As i am INTERESTED.
